      Pros

      Really good company culture, lots of hours during busy seasons to get overtime, fun to work if you enjoy actually enjoy hard work. The work is always different as a result of different events. You never fall into the same continuous routine unlike other jobs.

      Cons

      Schedule is all over the place, working unconventional hours.

      Always busy, lots of freedom to carve out your own niche, fun high profile clients, compensation above average for the industry/area, hiring managers open to salary negotiation-said they respected my “hardball” position.

      Some turnover, high stress at times, aging facilities.
