      Pros

      Some of the best people I've ever worked with though when things go wrong everyone has a solution but it becomes too many chiefs not enough Indians at times.

      Cons

      Communication is very compartmentalized and doesn't always flow to all involved stakeholders, this gets worse when pressure is high, or during very busy times. Archaic paperwork based systems and change processes allow a lot of details to fall through the cracks.

      Always busy, lots of freedom to carve out your own niche, fun high profile clients, compensation above average for the industry/area, hiring managers open to salary negotiation-said they respected my “hardball” position.

      Cons

      Some turnover, high stress at times, aging facilities.

      You’ll learn a lot of things on fly because you have no other choice.

      Too many. Unorganized leadership, aging products, unfocused mission on where the business is headed.
