      Great company, flexible hours, excellent benefits, great people, great product, excellent growth.

      Has been sold many times over the past 30 years as much as 7, as large corporations buy-out.

      Great company to work for.

      Cons

      This is a small company that runs in family cliques and either you fit or you don't. Engineering is small and over worked.
