Where to start... 1. Salary date 7, credit to account 12-15. No other benefits. 2. Most of employees are either on resign or searching for jobs. 3. Ego level of the owners is sky high, say something sensible and you are fired, start arguing and you are fired, they didn't like what you said and you are fired. 4. Employee = SLAVE. 5. Change of policies as per owner's desire. 6. HUGE HUGE HUGE work pressure, Every employee has atleast 5-6 projects running parallel. 7. No sense of talking, humiliating behavior everytime. 8. No job security at all. 9. Never keep their words, says one thing and do whatever they desire. 10. If any team member takes the leave the TL is humiliated for that. 11. Picks the projects at 1/10 cost and 1/4 duration (If the project real time duration is 30 working days, they will give you only 7 days with other parallel projects deadline). 12. Comparison starts immediately when new employee joins and low graded one is fired. Seen with my own eyes. 13. Always comes to you when you are ready to leave and ask you to show what you have done today and ALWAYS put his own inputs even if you have done according to the clients requirements and force you to make changes no matter how much time it would take. And when the client denise to accept then the blame is on you. 14. Never does any kind of documentation for any project, when things go wrong way then you get blamed. 15. Ask you for YOUR OWN REPLACEMENT. 16. Hire you on high salary and fire you after the project is completed saying that you are not profitable for the company and the project was a disaster, we paid your salary from our pocket. 17. Earlier there were 2 Saturdays off now NONE. 18. Sometimes they calls on holidays and ask you to work from home. 19. Assign you random project, don't give you time to study and if any error comes then you get blamed for everything loke you were the one working on the project from the start. 20. Take a leave and the next day you are in HELL. 21. If some error found in your work, they tell you that you are 'lakeer ka fakeer' 22. There isn't any tea breaks even any other kind of break at all. If you use washroom then its included in your lunch break. 23. He removes his role from the project by giving your personal number to the client and telling him that you are the dedicated resource for his project and also force you to lie to client. After that they both stops receiving client's calls, if you are not able to fulfil the client's requirements then your responsible. Even if what the client is asking is not possible. 24. Now they are working on their own project and who every has worked on that project has either resigned or ran away leaving his/her salary behind. 25. Always comes to you with list of changes and tell to their pet line "I want it in 5mins", even it thats gonna take a week. 26. Mostly gives you the project when it's deadline is almost at the doorstep. 27. If you resign then you are in HELL, you will always be treated no less than a prisoner. 28. After relieving you never get your papers on the given date, always ask you boss is not here, papers are not signed, come tomorrow, come a week later. 29. Never gives your real feedback on verification call from other companies, your feedback will always be negative feedback (worse possible), if your salary is 20K then they are gonna say that "he was on 15K only, he(you) lied to you." 30. Never delivers any project on time, always tries to stretch the project to get more money from the client and once the client pays the money then stops his work until he starts asking for the progress.
