Decent company - Digital Marketing Executive Detecvision Technologies Employee Review

Still searching, when i will get definitely i will tell you. Simply nothing

1. Owner have no idea that how to talk to employees. They think our employees are slave. 2. No job security, i have seen 6-7 employee fired within month. 3. Important thing, you have to do one project two times. One for company and another for client. Doesn't matter what client wants. Its all about what company want to give him(client). In one line, doesn't matter client requirements, its matter about company's boss. But have to do at parallel. If client denies with your work then you got blamed by Avdhesh sharma and finally u fired without notice period. 4. There is 9 hours shift. ( 8 hours work and 1 hour lunch) as per company policy. But have only 30mins lunch time. 5. Interesting things 😊 about fake promises, often they are doing meeting with all employees. They promise to employees that if company achieve the goal then we will go outstation like shimla, manali as corporate tour. They achieved the goal on march 2016. Sssshhh..it was ....! They promise about incentive as fake promise. They try to employees making fool or u can say astray.Show Less
