Pros

Worked here for 3.5 years and it was a great place to pick up a large variety of valuable tech skills. Working with a wide range of clients lets you get familiar with a huge range of hardware, software, business processes, etc. With so many clients with ever-changing needs, it is never boring. There will always be new projects with new technology happening and if you aren't already involved but want to be, all you have to do is ask. You don't have to struggle to get the tools you need to do the job here. This is not a business that hamstrings their employees by giving the employees the bare minimum laptop, supplies, etc.

Cons

The fast-paced environment of an MSP is not for everyone. Maintaining work/life balance can be difficult at times. There can be times when multiple projects coincide or outside circumstances create a spike in workload that needs to be handled.

Pros

Just a few of the pros of Detroit IT include a dog-friendly office, flexible schedule, unlimited PTO, tuition assistance, health benefits, new computer each year, overtime pay, yearly bounce, unlimited snacks and drinks, and many more!

Cons

The work environment can be stressful at times due to the nature of an MSP.

Pros

The culture is what makes Detroit IT stand out from my other jobs. The office, people, environment and the technology make it an awesome place to work. They give you all the tools you would ever need to love coming to work. If you ever want more training or technology all you have to do is ask. They are constantly investing in their office, people and technology. The monthly company updates are always informative and make it feel like you are part of the larger goals.

Cons

You need to love what you do to make it at Detroit IT. You sometimes have to work after hours but management is flexible with your schedules because of it. There is a three month trial period when you start to make sure you are a good fit.
