Pros

- good pay - shuttle and car service provided - 13th, 14th month pay; performance bonus (dependent on bank performance and employee performance) - good training ground for fresh graduates - better than other BPOs (I think) - no graveyard shift - opportunities for vertical and lateral movement

Cons

- long hours - POLITICS. POLITICS. POLITICS - hard to go up since other employees are 'favored' - graduates from leading universities are prioritized - management does not tale care of their employees (maybe it's only in my department) - work is toxic (but satisfying if you're a workaholic)

Yearly allocation of training for all employees. You can take charge of your growth and career advancement. Great opportunities provided by the company.

Cons

Highly political environment. Challenging for new comers as there are some who bully new joiners. Challenging to get things done, helpdesk sometimes can't really provide help.
