Ageism/poor management ruined the workplace - Anonymous employee DevTech Systems Employee Review

Flex work is offered, but heavily discouraged, toxic management, ageist practices, gossipy and two-faced coworkers; terrible, micromanage-prone clients. Workload was heavy, and unreasonable, especially if you *looked young*. Senior Management would blatantly pass over hirees based on age: old people want to manage and young people shouldn't have management spots as they're better for doing labor, etc, etc.
