I joined the organization with genuine enthusiasm and commitment to contribute meaningfully to my role. However, over time, the work culture became increasingly difficult to sustain professionally and mentally. Instead of constructive guidance and role clarity, there was continuous pressure through assignments that were completely unrelated to the agreed responsibilities. What was most disappointing was the contradiction between hiring someone for a position and later making them feel they were “not appropriate” for the same role, without proper support, training, or transparent communication. A healthy workplace is built on respect, clarity, leadership, and mutual growth — not intimidation, confusion, or creating discomfort to force exits silently. I genuinely believe organizations should focus not only on hiring talent, but also on nurturing and retaining it with professionalism and empathy. Every employee deserves a workplace where they feel valued, heard, and respected.
