By far the most ridiculous company I have ever worked at or even heard of. It was established in the 1980's and you can tell that it hasn't made one inch of progress since then in terms of working practices - the pay is diabolical, the office is dreary, there is a complete lack of organisation, all positive change and progress are opposed as the company is stuck in its dysfunctional ways, there is no scope for progression for anyone who isn't related to the management, the office is physically teeming with petty office politics that pollute the whole place with a vile, toxic environment. Everyone who could have made a positive contribution to the company has long since moved on to bigger and better things.
