      Awesome projects, very knowledgeable art directors, opportunity to learn a lot from other designers.

      Cons

      Very long hours for freelancers and sometimes staff, pay is not great (they don't pay overtime), culture is not welcoming.

      -Very open-minded, skilled staff -Everyone is so friendly and willing to help one another, the COMPLETE opposite dog-eat-dog -Management gives you slack and trusts their team which makes you really want to pull your weight

      Cons

      -Some days can be slow with little work to do -Difficult to get raise or be staffed
