There is a real potential for growth in this company. The operations manager has upped the training to make sure new people don't feel like overwhelmed, and the plans that the owner/CEO has for the company are really exciting. With that, they are encouraging us to get more certs and such. The CEO/owner is also a super cool dude. One of the best bosses I've had. Everyone on the team gets along really well. Since I've been here the last 7 months, we haven't had any tensions with the current staff.

Very busy, but at least the day goes by fast. Also, a LOT of time keeping. Which can be annoying. Also, its customer support for IT so while most people are nice, sometimes you get people who are just really mean (though that is not very common)

Very open environment open to new skills. Multirole opportunity. Potential travel. Exposure to many platforms and technologies. Changing environments and customer base. Great learning experience to test existing knowledge and gain new experience. Plenty of room for projects to "leave your mark".

Not dependent on strict roles, procedures and workflows.
