They do not care about their employees. All you hear is this is business decisions. Yet businesses do not run without employees. They try to force you to work overtime ALL the time. They are taking all third shift and forcing them to swit h their lives to second...which is impossible to some of them since they are single parents. They don't care about their products. I have seen them wipe dates off and extend the best buy date just to be able to ship them off. I have see them squeeze ketchups and salad dressings back in containers and try to reuse them. I have seen them have products not pass the quality test yet they still sent that product out saying it would be ok and thicken up later....no test have ever proven that. For months had ketchup with yeast in it and instead of throwing every bottle out they had their employees "sorting" through the good and bad ones. But in reality they were all bad because as anyone knows if yeast is in one bottle it is in the whole batch that product was made from. They risked bottles exploding and injuring customers just to make their dollars. There have been issues of bugs found in pumps. Oh and lets not forget the mayonaise that had mysterious unkown black specks in it...bugs extra ingrediants pieces of machinery that was falling a part we heard all different answers for that incident. And dont worry if u dont see all that the HR and upper management will run you away fast. That lady dont care about no one in there. When u ask her a question she will act like you are wasting her time and using her air she is suppose to be breathing. They are always short on materials they say they need. They do not properly clean anything. No training is provided to properly run the machines. They expect machine operators to fix machines if they break instead of maintenance. And their supervisors lack alot...two of them are amazing and care about their people but the other two need an awakening. Its a factory NOT THE MILITARY!!!
