Pros

They had some interesting projects.

Cons

I would rate this company 0 stars if I could because they don't deserve 1. This is not a culturally safe place. Everybody in the HR team was dysfunctional and took their own personal issues out on others. Very low emotional intelligence in the team. Literally the most negative team I've been a part of. Bullying and excessive micromanaging tactics. The entire team were miserable and awful to be around. HR also don't know the difference between a job vacancy and a promotion, so don't expect any kind of reward or recognition come performance review time. The only way you will get promoted is to literally apply for a job, go through 2 pointless rounds of interviews and then if you're successful, land the promotion. Outdated systems not fit for purpose is also another issue across the entire company, not just in HR. Expect a large portion of your time to be wasted doubling up on processes because the systems are so bad you also need to track your work on a spreadsheet, wasting so much time. Save yourself and just go and work somewhere else where people are actually nice and care about their people. Don't fall for their "we have a great culture" line, because they don't. They have a "throw you under the bus" culture across the entire organisation. If you join them, you will be scarred from the experience. You have been warned. If you are from a culturally diverse background, this place is definitely not for you.
