      The TAs are great and don’t get enough credit for what they do.

      Cons

      Super gossipy and cliquey. Closed minded individuals. Expect everyone to be yes men and never question why decisions are being made. Supervision is rude and condescending. Completely unprofessional. Overall negative climate from the top down.

      It's a rewarding job taking care of people with IDD/DD. Relatively flexible schedule depending on family.

      Cons

      Little to no regulations for the family to follow, and some families do take advantage of staff, caregiver burnout
