The Residential Program at DSC really cares about the quality of life of residents, more so that other local agencies.

The different programs of the company are very disconnected, residential feels like it's on it's own island from the rest of the company. Not a lot of transparency with budget of company.

Compensation is CRAP. You will need a second job or have to work 12 extra hours overtime a week to live. The health insurance is not good- ridiculously high co-pays and there is no choice of plans to pay more for a better option. Advancement is shady- they don’t consider all candidates on a level playing field. They also don’t disclose their truly awful pay until you’ve wasted your time going through their process. There is little succession planing.
