benefits, set schedule, helping out kids who actually want the help. good place to get your first year of experience in and go to somewhere else that pays and appreciate you.

Cons

a lot of physical restraints, poor communication between management and workers, some employees are mean to the kids from being burntout (and i totally understand why but its not ok to be like that. The way the place is operated sets employees up for burnout). The pay in the worst. kids will try to hit/ hurt you. management doest follow through with what they say, or want
