Pros

I agree with the post from Nov 2nd in the fact that it's a good stepping stone if you have little to no experience. Learn as much of the tool and skillset they teach you. Every single person at Device Inside loves to complain about their job and how crappy the company is but they stay because they aren't getting hired elsewhere and I promise you it's not due to lack of trying. Take it for what it is and get the necessary skills it takes to get out.

Cons

The inefficiency of the front office is truly alarming. I don't know how this place still operates. It markets itself as a tech company without any of the tech benefits. Old school operations: 1. working long hours means you must be working hard which anyone in the 21st century knows to be completely false and inefficient. Upwards mobility is non-existent. Because of their traditional Korean company mindset, it is extremely micro-managed, puts too much emphasis on formalities & ranks, and also operates top down. The only thought in the owners' mind is - how can I make more money off this labor? What other benefit/wage can I cut down to make more money? Oh, that's another thing, expect at least 7-10 changes in wage, policies, etc. a year.

Pros

I will start this off by saying I have never given a 1 star in my life. Hell, I'm someone who firmly believes you should still tip after a horrendous experience at a restaurant. That being said, it would be expected of me to give at least a half-decent review. But nope, there is absolutely no pros of working here at all. I would say the pay is alright for the work you do, but other than that, a big no no.

Cons

The turnover rate is ridiculous, and during my 8-mo there I have seen numerous people get screwed over by the management and in turn get fired. You cannot have a voice, you cannot even go for a short walk without getting scolded at while your boss goes for a 20min smoke break every hour, you cannot do anything, and by the end of the day you wouldn't know who you are anymore because they will drain your soul. Your job is to shut up and do the work and always look busy. And there is so much gossip going around it will make your ears bleed.
