Finance team is the worst to be part of - expect long hours and additional work without time in lieu or overtime pay (staff were told by Financial Controller during a Finance meeting that they need to set an example to other employees). High turnover is the norm and redundancies have occurred regularly for several years (all teams except Marketing & IT, regardless of tenure, seniority or position).
