Pros
Great autonomy, people, vision, flexibility and team work. My previous employement I was a cog in the development lifecycle, whereas here it is a JavaScript everywhere stack that allows me to be part of more than just a small section involved in developing a enterprise worthy web and mobile application.
Cons
Not much to complain about. They did grow quickly which had its challenges, but they managed it well.
