Pros
If you are are in account management you get to handle your work, the creative assignments deemed "not worthy" by SD and I (personally) have even resized print ads as pdfs because the studio refused to do it. If you work in the creative department, you get to drink every night with SD and every TV spot is already done because they are all the same (beautiful shot, pithy line, :02 logo.)
Cons
No one has any idea how many employees there are, what the holiday schedule is, what the hours of operation are...new hires are not even brought around and introduced to the agency. AND, there is a beautiful terrace on the 17th floor that employees are banned from using but no one knows why.
