Great learning opportunities, engaging work environment, friendly and personable team. It was a great experience to work at Devlift. I learned and grew quite a lot while I worked there. There were always new technologies we were working with, so it kept things fun, engaging, and interesting. The culture was great as well - a good work life balance I would say with some flexibility when needed which was a huge plus. Things were done logically and with purpose also.

Not much to say other than there might not be as much structure as larger company but that can happen anywhere
