I'm not sure where to start. The owners are extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is phenomenal, and coworkers are always energetic and entertaining. I can't say I've ever grown so fast on a personal or professional level as with Devlift. The office is great, the perks are cool, and not a day goes by that I don't laugh at something someone's done. Management has a definite vision of where they want to go and what they want to achieve. Learning possibilities are plentiful. Looking back to when I just started to where I am now, I've learned way more than I expected to, which is something the company culture promotes. Looking forward to continuing with these guys as long as possible!

Nothing off the top of my head. As with any startup or startup-like company, there is a learning curve, and you're expected to fill many roles. For me though, this is more of a pro (if you can't do something, of course, help is always available from senior employees and owners).
