Pros

There is a market for SIEM and cost is a driver. Devo has a very affordable price to start, if you can start.

Cons

Clueless in Government, hires and divides with zero support for partners or customers. I was embarassed how our company treated a paying partner. Zero manager was willing to step up and support. Product doesn't work as advertised. Always crashing. Behind in UEBA and AI. Mostly smoke and mirrors.

Pros

Some teammates try to stay positive, offering small relief during uncertain times.

Cons

- The experience is unstable and unreliable. - Layoffs happen constantly, creating fear and insecurity. - Leadership changes repeatedly, including the CEO, leaving no clear direction. - Pay is low, with virtually no increases over time. - Support is almost nonexistence, and decision are often illogical. - Every day feels like bracing for the next round of bad news.
