Pros

Devo is an incredible place to work, thanks to its strong leadership, clear vision, & a culture that truly values teamwork. The executive management team is outstanding—transparent, approachable, and committed to both the company's success and the growth of its employees. This is a new and improved management team and they GET IT. They have laid out a clear and ambitious roadmap, and the progress made so far has been impressive, with constant innovation that keeps Devo ahead of the curve in the cybersecurity space. The focus on cutting-edge technology and continuous improvement creates a dynamic environment where creativity & new ideas are encouraged. Collaboration is at the heart of everything, & it's amazing to see how well the teams work together across different functions to solve complex problems. Devo has created & continues to cultivate a positive, inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and supported. Overall, Devo Technology is a fantastic place to build a career if you're looking to work with visionary leaders, be part of a forward-thinking company, & contribute to a meaningful mission. Highly recommend!

Cons

Still trying to clean up the mess from the last leadership team has resulted in not being able to move as quickly as desired.

Pros

Some teammates try to stay positive, offering small relief during uncertain times.

Cons

- The experience is unstable and unreliable. - Layoffs happen constantly, creating fear and insecurity. - Leadership changes repeatedly, including the CEO, leaving no clear direction. - Pay is low, with virtually no increases over time. - Support is almost nonexistence, and decision are often illogical. - Every day feels like bracing for the next round of bad news.
