Pros

The people I worked with and the residents I got to know. The projects I was given and freedom to think outside the box

Cons

It was a little dangerous dealing with some of the residents as in my role I was the good guy and the bad guy. When you get your life threatened it can be a little scary.

With all property management agencies, there will be common stress points and expectations, but I'm in strong support of how the management team leans into the various challenges in this sector and how we are at the forefront of premier property management in Canada.
