Pros
A lot of projects to work on, a lot of new technology to learn. Free courses. Good company events. Ok benefits for a first job.
Cons
Bad project management. Had to projects several projects on the daily. Tight schedules. Even thought free courses were available, it was impossible to spend time learning because new projects would always be put on top of us. Bad career progression. A lot of the compensation is paid on benefits.
