1)Nothing particularly great. Decent colleagues and flexiblity with work location 2) Focus on Cloud technologies and platforms 3) Decent presence in France and some western EU countries
Cons
1) Senior Leadership right from CEO to Country heads lack vision. The strategy and hiring and letting go of people without any planning is borderline criminal. 2) Only focus on Utilization with no long-term value creation 3) Creditability and transparency certainly lacking with the Leadership team. Lower Utilization usually results in lower ranked employees being made redundant, while the Leadership responsible for improving the utilization still continue especially in UK 4) Each country unit follow their own strategy with no coherent global policy/ market offerings 5) Out of 25 days of Holidays, you are forced to take 3 holidays between Christmas and New year, so effectively only 22 days annual leaves
