Pros
Devoted is open to hear what you have to say as an employee but the leadership also values your ideas and allows you to put them to action. I have the opportunity to point out areas of improvement within my role and other parts of the business and also have our leaders take my ideas seriously. It's hard to find a place that values such diversity in thoughts, ideas, personality, feedback style, etc, and I am truly confident I found that in Devoted.
Cons
Start ups are not for the weak of heart! You have to be willing to help out wherever and whenever needed and do more than what your job description says. There is so much room to grow and learn within the company so come ready to learn!
