Pros
The people: People at Devoted are both talented and big-hearted people. I constantly learn from my coworkers, feel incredibly supported and appreciated by them, and just genuinely enjoy spending time with them. The mission: everyone -- even people who aren't on member-facing teams -- cares about taking great care of our members. I feel super confident that if I need something for a member, the collective power of Devoted is behind me. The growth: we're growing so fast that things are always changing -- and so I'm always learning and being stretched to my full potential. It's a great environment for personal/professional growth.
Cons
Things are busy! With the company's aspirations and the pace of growth, there's not really a quiet time of the year. (That said, I've found that people respect work/life boundaries and family commitments)
