      Pros

      Strong culture and structure. The Leaders/Owners are the Best of the Best.

      Cons

      Salary is below market average, while commissions are ok. There’s no way to meet goals without dual plans. The local market manager is All drama, hopefully they get rid of her. If they would pay accordingly, they would get A LOT more effort and have A LOT more production. Do not Hire people who drink the cool aid, hire the ones that Know what the market is like and know what works and what doesn’t. LISTEN TO YOUR AGENTS.       Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

      Cons

      The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
