We’re sorry that your experience and perception of our team culture here was demotivating and unsatisfying for you. We also regret to hear that the frequency and cadence of our all hands meetings was not optimal for you. We greatly appreciate your feedback on this topic as it is a priority that our team is informed and feels included on the goings on of the company regardless of role, schedule, or location (remote, hybrid, in-office). We take our culture very seriously and take strides to ensure our employees are heard, respected, and trusted.
Thank you for your feedback on our professional development. We’re sorry to hear this feedback as we do currently offer a $2,000 reimbursement program for our nurses to use to continue their education and training as a tool for this professional development. We also recently rolled out internal development training for all employees and managers. Additionally, regarding internal growth and promotions, we are very lucky to have an incredibly talented pool of employees. To monitor growth and match internal candidates to opportunities for promotions we consider: current performance in your role, past experiences as they pertain to the role, and additional training or education received to help us make the best and objective decisions. We’re sorry your experience with our professional development and internal promotion process was not optimal.
