Pros

Fun job, great product, flex schedule

Cons

Compensation not at all reasonable for effort and sales. Crazy hours worked. Pay completely less than expected. Sales brought in has no effect on pay as quota significantly increases. Pay only increases when quota met, quota constantly too high and unrealistic.

Pros

I spent over 5 years with the company, as a manager in Wellington, FL. It was a fabulous experience, with a very enthusiastic team and a lot of commitment to the project. I highly recommend this company, as it will allow you to develop as a professional, and meet great people who will make you feel part of the team.

Cons

It's a quite demanding company, but this is the kind of challenge that I like. That being said, the company gives you some opportunities to grow if you are commited to the project. It's a win/win situation.

Pros

Great way to learn sales in a niche industry and learn how to deal with high profile and high intensity clients in a fast paced environment

Cons

Management on the US side at the time (pre-2020) was not well organized or well run, and often blamed larger operational failures on reps
