straight forward - Student Mentor Devslopes Academy Employee Review

I worked at Devslopes in a sales role. It is definitely a fast-paced, dynamic, startup-type environment. If you are not a problem solver who is adaptable to constant change then this is definitely NOT the place for you! The sales job in particular has a massive up side as far as income; if you can consistently produce. This is a small company where they sincerely care about their employees. Nathan, the CEO, and Jeremy my sales manager were more than fair and gave me every tool I needed to succeed; unfortunately I was not in the best place in my life & it didn't workout. In any case, I still highly recommend Devslopes if you have the right attitude, skillset, and are offered the opportunity!

- The rate of change can be almost dizzying at times. Like I said, it's not for everyone. - Working without other people can be isolating at times, even with constant meetings, check ins etc. (this could be a pro for the right person)

Was great to work for the most part. Good culture and compensation.

Once student was enrolled in the program, the student experience was out of the hands of the sales team. Which is to be expected.
