Pros
Good initial experience and exposure. Good exposure to the A&E industry. Lot of young people who do things after work together.
Cons
Low salaries and raises. Low potential for growth. Too many middle managers. Needs to invest more in technological innovations to gain tan edge. Some idea work some don't but you got to try.
