      Steady work, plentiful overtime (if desired or not), some big projects, and a steady paycheck.

      Cons

      No work life balance, incompetent staff including project managers, high expectations with little reward, top and bottom heavy with little middle/senior level employees.

      This company has a great culture. They have managed to achieve a family feel despite being spread across 60 office locations, which is no easy task!

      Great collaborative environment Lots of different projects to work on and get experience in Strong Work Culture with a healthy life balance

      Cons

      Very fast-paced, making it difficult to start new roles, especially if you do not have someone in the role to guide you
