Pros
I worked with a lot of good people and some of the project managers really cared.
Cons
No opportunity of professional growth. No opportunity for promotion. The ranks are choked with managers and it's very easy to be pigeonholed to one team because the company won't pay for training. Unless you're given a rare opportunity, you need to move on to grow your career.
