      good structure, good job, nice staff

      Cons

      engineer based, dry, you have to listen to those why have "climbed the ladder" and have a need to know basis, management seemed to be too busy to be useful.

      This company has a great culture. They have managed to achieve a family feel despite being spread across 60 office locations, which is no easy task!

      Great collaborative environment Lots of different projects to work on and get experience in Strong Work Culture with a healthy life balance

      Cons

      Very fast-paced, making it difficult to start new roles, especially if you do not have someone in the role to guide you
