Managers typically live on a separate planet, and they take non-informed, fast decisions based on their very limited knowledge. Here is perhaps the only place where this was not true, due to the fact that nearly everybody in the company was a developer. Too bad that the company had contract problems and as a small business they had big difficulties going on. I would have been very happy to stay if it wasn’t for this reason.
