Contact with your rep, HR and others with questions has been very good during the 5+ years. They check in every few weeks to see how you're doing as well as the percentage monetary increase year over year. I would go through them again if the opportunity arose.

Changing of staffing rep but each one was great to interract with. Holidays aren't covered in the contract so be sure to negotiate that at the initial sign on.

Nice training program, much needed with 60 percent turnover
Cons
Anyone with much seniority has been let go or quit. Turnover is unlike anything I have seen before.
For a company that says it's slogan is "in the business for good"....def does not apply to the employees since you just fired 40 most of which were in leadership positions and had helped build the company and the many many many mergers and acquisitions. In the business for good should have a side note and say in the business for good especially if you are friends with the bosses kids and play your politics right....
You wont get old here with this company so in the business for good for maybe 3 years max is new slogan.
