Pros

It was basic consulting company, there was not much to share as pro's

Cons

As a resource consulting firm, you must have Good Recruitment team based in USA, so they can keep checking with Hiring Manger's if they where hiring. But unfortunately they have Recruitment team that was based out in India and Most of them are recent collage grads, Who just simply submit when they came across any position. This are the practices done mostly by small scale Indian consulting companies. So if you keep doing this experienced resources will switch to better companies.

Pros

Great team culture, everyone wants to win

Cons

The industry itself can be incredibly stressful but I imagine its the same for competitors as well.

Pros

Quick opportunity to get promoted if you have the right mentorship and accounts. Honestly really nice employees (cross-functionally) and people are willing to help you. A good place to dip your toes in as a young hire, KPI's are fairly easily but some of the director's are a bit micro-managey.

Cons

In our office - we had 3 Managing Directors and 3 VP's in 3 years with two rounds of layoffs (enterprise wide.) The largest gap in the company is their leadership is so disconnected from the producers and what you truly need to do to succeed in sales. They run on a lot of enterprise accounts which makes it hard as a young sales person to connect with tenured sales people, who haven't truly sold or broken into accounts in some time. Additionally, there are lots of corporate politics and people in leadership that overshare other leaders dirty laundry with young sales folks, making it a bit of an uncomfortable place to be in. I think this place is a good starting zone for a career but it is not the place to be if you are a hustler and want to truly grow as a sales professional.
