Pros
Dexis leadership cares about its staff and is genuine about wanting to provide strong compensation and benefits and offering avenues for professional growth. Additionally, the people working at Dexis are some of the best people out there and they make even the stressful days worthwhile.
Cons
The forced pivot away from USAID was tough for everyone and was a setback for the organization. I look forward to seeing Dexis grow.
