First let me say that my time at Dexis might soon come to an end if change is not around the corner.
Senior Management either isn't aware or just doesn't care. I have heard about staff forging HR documents, getting caught and yet they keep their job. I have heard about staff committing serious security violations and yet they keep their job. I recently just found out that a certain corporate staff member who I know brings so much value to Dexis and continually does so much in their role for the company was issued a performance review and placed on probation. A senior VP was squeezed out of their role. Accounting and HR has been incompetent for years. The list goes on and on.
