10yAs you may know, our VP of HR (who joined around the time you posted) rolled out a compensation banding policy earlier in early 2016 with support from some of the leading compensation consultants in the industry. We bench-marked against the top 3 established firms in the business (our VP HR is from one of these firms, as an aside). We've received kudos on compensation policy since then, and I am hoping that you share this view. If you get a chance, please update your view -- even if we have gone from bad to worse.
