The employees overall are friendly and very helpful. Role development is heavily promoted with a lot of encouragement to listen and share feedback on each other's calls.
Cons
The business is an absolute mess. I felt like I'd gone back to high school. Being micromanaged, feeling like someone is always watching, having 0 freedom to do something without being worried. This all comes from a lack of leadership. There is nothing wrong with managers being young but somewhere in the chain there needs to be experience and an understanding of what it takes to create a healthy office environment. This business needs to realise that the reason why there's such high turnover (people are fired or quit on almost a monthly basis) is because management are scaring people away with their approach! You want to make people want to work for you and want to succeed.
