Pros
High school graduates can earn a decent starting salary and benefits although overtime hours can be long. You can also bid up into higher paying jobs and be promoted to leader if you wish to take on some supervisory responsibilities. The company is currently growing so there is good mobility right now.
Cons
College graduates should not consider this company unless you plan on moving on quickly or want to work at the same level for the same salary (in real terms) for the rest of your life. Compensation has no connection to performance so working hard gets you nothing. The work culture and atmosphere encourages falsifying records, lying, and coercing subordinates to do the same.
