Can be lots of mandatory OT and weekends,very poor mgmt relations, if you like to take a lunch,don't work here, only mgmt and support get lunch, if you smoke don't work here, only mgmt and support can go outside and smoke. I'm sure you get the picture. Very HOT during summer months, poor ventilation.
