      Very Very poor salary structure Salary hike once a year with very minimum hike(0 to 8%) . Salary hike will be announced 2 to 3 months post performance review. Poor Managers. Very poor resource utilization. People good at testing work as developers and people good at developing work as testers.

      Pros

      nice working environment good work culture team and people oriented I love to be a part of the company

      I don't see anything bad except the timing and the work with critical timelines apart from that everything is good
