      Pros

      - There is constant innovation, ideas been thrown around making it an exciting place to work. - Colleagues are amazingly talented you learn a lot and they are very supportive. - It's an open system to so get an idea about how each aspect of the company works. - There is never a dull moment. - Very flexible timings.

      Cons

      - The only lack is there employee policies, especially when it comes to leaves.

      Pros

      I found it very easy to find a good work/life balance when I was working there. Even working in a BD capacity, I never felt like the responsibilities or expectations of the role exceeded my ability to achieve my goals and I never felt undue pressure or stress to perform above and beyond my ability to do so.

      Cons

      The typical issues with working for such a small company… a real lack of opportunities for significant upward mobility.

      This is a fake positive review posted by reputationmanagment.net. Back Story We signed a contract with reputationmanagement.net to get rid of the negative fake reviews in Glassdoor. After signing the contract, we noticed fake positive reviews being posted on our Glassdoor page and none of the negative fake reviews being removed as promised. So, we cancelled the contract and asked the credit card company to cancel the payment. This resulted in reputationmanagement.net getting upset with us and posting negative fake reviews on our Glassdoor page. If it is so easy for someone who is not an employee of the company to post a review on Glassdoor then the process used by Glassdoor to authenticate if the person who is posting is an employee or not is seriously inadequate.

      Pros

      1. Start up environment that encourages new ideas and perspectives. 2. Get to fulfill multiple roles where you can learn and contribute a lot. This in turn adds value to one's resume 3. Good communication/understanding across teams. Get to learn a lot from one another. 3. An opportunity to help our clients and make a difference in their lives. This is rewarding and personally satisfying. 4. Opportunity to contribute to the corporate and educational world 5. Friendly environment- Employees are very supportive and encouraging. Fun atmosphere to work in. 6. Flexible working hours

      1. Employee benefits are limited.
