If you're looking for advancing yourself and/or your career this is the best place to start, I learned so many valuable skills within the few weeks I was here. The work environment is especially great, and you're always surrounded by good people with positive mentalities.

If you don't like growth and learning then I guess that would be a con.

I started with the company right after graduating with a business degree... but no formal experience. Not only was I able to learn the basics of sales and marketing working with customers right from my 1st day with the company, I have since learned how to run short meetings / workshops and breakouts in the office as I move into more of a leadership role. I love the ability to grow into more of a leadership role within this company, even though I have been working here just over 6 months! My family and friends outside of work definitely see a difference in my behavior and are excited for me to keep growing!

I was initially nervous about public speaking, but the team based enviroment helped push me out of my comfort zone. Also, more free donuts wouldn't hurt!!!
